A module that will make the walk-in constituents feel at ease where they can monitor the progress of their applications and to avoid persons cutting in.

Client Appointment Module

A module for booking and managing of constituent’s appointments while eliminating the possibility of reiteration of the same time slot for different constituents’ appointment with the Mayor, applying and renewing permits or to an LGU member.

  • Schedule an appointment with the Mayor or with the Municipal Administrator
  • Schedule an appointment in the department office of the LGU for applying and renewing their Business Permits, Transport Registration, Public Market Rentals and with other department as well.
  • Scheduled constituents are prioritized based on the time and date they applied.

Civil Registry Module

A module provided to an LGU where they can keep a record of vital events of its constituents and residents.
