All system resources shall reside using a cloud-based server, and shall be connected securely using 256-bit SSL. We also provide a counterpart for a dedicated server and shall be connected using local area network. Users use web-based terminals to interact with their constituents. All user activities and system activities are monitored via an Administrative Panel provided to the LGU. Staff to be assigned shall monitor issues that may come across during the usage of the system. The Administrative Panel shall initially monitor the following and may be expanded using modules:
- User logins
- User management
- Client activités
- Usage monitoring
- System monitoring
Centralized and Secured Records – Every record will be stored under one location and the RPP is fitted with modern technologies to prevent data fraud and theft. Initially, the system will only be accessed within the premises, and will authenticate its encoders and staff with 2-factor authentications.
